3-MD-MT-HC Series Magnetic Drive Pump
The 3-MD-MT-HC chemical transfer pump handles highly corrosive chemicals at elevated temperatures based on the unique materials used in its construction. The plastic parts on these pumps contain glass-filled PPS and hold up exceptionally well against harsh chemicals and abrasives. The spindle shaft is stationary, and the captive thrust washers (front and rear) are composed of alumina ceramic, a highly chemical resistant material.

Overview
3-MD-MT-HC models utilize a carbon bushing between the impeller and spindle to allow the pumps to run dry (without fluid) for up to eight hours at a time. Each model is equipped with a 1/2" MNPT discharge and 1/2" MNPT intake. The pump has a flow rate of 8.3 gallons per minute at 1' of head and a shut-off PSI of 7.0.
