2-MD-HC Series Magnetic Drive Pump

The 2-MD-HC is a non-submersible pump used to circulate highly corrosive acids, alkalis, solvents, brine, plating solutions, sterile solutions, and other highly corrosive chemicals and solutions. Its volute, magnet housing, and impeller are glass-filled Ryton® for excellent chemical resistance. The HC series utilizes pure carbon bushing in the impeller to enable the pump to run dry for up to eight hours at a time.

Overview


Developed with a 1/3 horsepower thermally-protected, open fan-cooled motor and chemical-resistant components, the durable 2-MD-HC can sustain highly corrosive chemicals or solutions with fluid temperatures of up to 200ºF. This pump includes a 1/2" FNPT and 1/2" MNPT and pumps an impressive 510 gph @ 1' head. It also has a shut-off of 14.6' and PSI at 6.3.
